Distributing the latest revision

Distributing the latest revision updates the copies of the selected document at all collaborating share from the copy at the current share. This can be useful if you want all collaborating shares to work with a copy of the latest revision but you cannot wait until they receive one from the next GCF scheduled transfer.

To distribute the latest revision:

1. In Meridian Enterprise PowerUser, select the document for which you want to get the latest revision.
2. Click the Collaboration Status tab. The Collaboration Status property page appears.
3. Click Distribute Now. The Distribute Now dialog box appears with the status of the transfer request and a copy of the document will be sent to the other shares.
4. Click OK to close the dialog.
